Healthy Chewy Bars for the Entire Family

These bars don’t last long! They are just the sweet treat you need, without the guilt. Clean ingredients, protein, veggies, and fruit, and really easy to make.

Ingredients:

½ banana
¼ cup apple sauce 
1 cup peanut butter (see Jamie’s recipe)
½ cup Maple Syrup 
1 tablespoon bee pollen
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp beet powder 
1 tsp Just 4 Kids Greens Powder 
½ tsp salt
1 tbs cacao nibs 
½ tsp Health Force Protein Greens
¼ tsp ground clove
1 tbs flaxseeds
(all dry ingredients in store!)

Mix all ingredients, oats last. Put in 9×9 pan lined with parchment paper, place in freezer 1 hour then cut in bars, then leave in refrigerator. Top with more bee pollen, clove, or greens! 

Peanut butter recipe:

Smooth peanut butter
Warrior Food protein powder
Collagen powder (marine)
Honey
Dates
Just 4 Kids Greens Powder 
Water as needed for consistency  

Blend until smooth, adding water if needed.
