Hi! I am passionate about offering the same support, insight, and encouragement that was so generously given to me at the beginning of my own journey. For over 16 years, I have been dedicated to creating the life I envisioned—navigating challenges, overcoming obstacles, and turning purpose into practice. Along the way, I discovered that my greatest passion is helping others do the same.
I bring multiple years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, blending extensive professional training with real-life experience. My work is grounded in compassion, education, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for growth and meaningful change.
